i am getting the message invalid network configuration why does this come

I WAS ABOUT TO OPEN MY INTERNET CONNECTION AND I WAS UNABLE TO OPEN IT AS USER ID AND PASSWORD OPTION WAS DISABLED AND THIS MESSAGE WAS WRITTEN OVER THERE IT IS BEAM CABLES INTERNET CONNECTION
