If you Gonna Suggest Other PArts then Make sure it will be cheaper than the one i mentioned up there , as Cheap as Possible , her current System is that old that each click takes an hour to response ! 64M Graphic With 256MB ram ! its too OLD . so im sure anything around the system i listed will be more than enough !

Don't know what you are paying for the mobo (can't find it except on amazon) but this one is cheaper than that.

Use the Intel HD graphics built into the g620 and lose the GPU. It's not needed for any of the games she plays.
You can down-size the PSU also. This one should be more than enough.

The hard thing is it's near impossible to suggest a build without knowing the maximum budget but if you want cheap with everything here you go:

Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 - $51.99 ($10.00 MIR)
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX500 - $59.99 ($20.00 MIR)
Motherboard: Intel BOXDH67DLCB3 - $89.99
CPU: 2.6GHz Intel Pentium G620 - $69.99
RAM: 8GB G.Skill Ripjaw X 1600Mhz 1.5V - $46.99
HD: 500GB Western Digital Caviar Blue - $84.99
Optical: Lite On Bulk DVD Burner - $17.99
Monitor: Acer G205HVbd Black 20" 5ms Widescreen LCD Monitor - $89.99
Keyboard / Mouse: Logitech MK260 - $26.99
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-Bit - $99.99

Total: $638.99 - $35.00 MIR = $603.99

No no i dont need full system just new mobo , ram , psu , cpu , vga . i cant trust integrated GPU ! she might play something more . i mean its good to have non onboard VGA !

Ok just tell me , whats wrong with the system above . OK i replace the Mobo with the ASUS ONE !

Man i calculated & this system will need atleast 500Watt , are you sure 350 will be enough ?

It is enough for my suggestions. If you are going to add a GPU card then yes I would get at least 500 watts. Good luck with your build.
