  1. If you aren't doing SLI then you will be pushing near 500 on max load. I'd go for around 550w to be on the safe side. Preferably a silver rated power supply, but bronze will do just as well.

Here is a 80 plus bronze to check.

Here is a silver, about $20 more.

Not familiar with the brand for the silver powersupply. I usually stick to SeaSonic, Corsair, or XFX.
  2. AMD specifies a 550W PSU for a system with a single GTX 560ti; the PSU should have at least 36A on the 12V rails and two 75W 6-pin PCIe power connectors. Amperage on the 12V rails is more important than the total wattage rating of the PSU; most power draw from modern PCs is on the 12V rails. Real world power draw for a 560ti system is not likely to exceed the 319W drawn by this system with a highly OCd, power-hungry i7 965: http://www.guru3d.com/article/geforce-gtx-560-ti-review/7 The Seasonic M12II 520W is an excellent PSU; it's 40A on the 12V rails capable of running the above system and has sufficient power overhead for moderate OCing.
