Custom building a new computer today but i need help pickin a good psu

my parts will be...

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K

GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti DS Superclocked 1024MB GDDR5 PCIe 2.0 x16 Video Card

MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 LGA 1155 Z68 ATX Intel Motherboard

Hard Drives: Barracuda 2TB 7,200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive, Barracuda 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive, Crucial m4 128GB SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Solid State Drive

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Series 16GB DDR3-1600 (PC3-12800) CL9 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit (Four 4GB Memory Modules)

Cpu Cooler: Hyper 212 Plus Universal CPU Cooler

Nvidia specifies a 500W PSU for a system with a single GTX 560ti; the PSU should have at least 36A on the 12V rails and two 75W 6-pin PCIe power connectors. Amperage on the 12V rails is more important than the total wattage rating of the PSU; most power draw from modern PCs is on the 12V rails. Real world power draw for a 560ti system is not likely to exceed the 319W drawn by this system with a highly OCd, power-hungry i7 965: http://www.guru3d.com/article/gefo [...] i-review/7 The superclocked GPU you are getting will require slightly more power than a stock 560ti. The Seasonic M12II 520W is an excellent PSU; it's 40A on the 12V rails capable of running the above system and has sufficient power overhead for mild OCing. If you want a little more overhead for additional OC, then the XFX Core 550W with 44A on the 12V rail can provide the extra headroom. Another great option if you don't mind waiting for the rebate is the Corsair TX650V2 for $65 after MIR: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020&Tpk=tx650

Edit: Corrected the specification to 500W for a GTX 560ti and mfr; Nvidia specifies a 550W SPU for the 448 core version of the GTX 560ti.

You can get by with a really good 650 watt psu. The SeaSonic X Series X650 Gold is one of the best money can buy. If you ever plan to go
SLI in the future then you might want to consider a 750 watt psu.

A friend has a similar config with a i7 2600K, i can recommend you a Corsair 600Watts 80Plus CX600V2, only cost $60 and have been running his GTX 560 448-core for more than a year and is very silent...(SeaSonic X650 Gold is nice but also cost around $180)..Plus your 3770K is more efficient consuming only 77W

That way you can save for a Giagabyte UD5 or a bigger SSD like an Crucial m4 256GB
