Hello,
is it possible to get connected if our internet connection is dynamic public address assigned by ISP.

Solution
I don't understand the issue here. I was under the impression you just wanted to know if a VOIP adapter would work in the case of a dynamic public IP, which is will.

Now you're talking about 2 different locations?? What are trying to do, establish some sort of private, point-to-point VOIP connection between the parties??

Any reason you can't use Skype?

Details, more details plz.
