Hello, Can I load a new oem version of windows ultimate 64 onto a new green seagate 3 tb drive

If the OEM version hasn't been installed on another system (it would be tied to the motherboard), yes you can. But installing an operating system on a green drive isn't a good idea. Generaly, they are slower and less responsive that regular drives. And some of them go into sleep mode when not having been accesed for awhile.

Thanks I already loaded it and it went just fine except I have a lot of unalloated space how do I allocate the extra space. Its huge.

I loaded and extended my new hard drive 3 tb and now have my space. Windows 7 has a extend command under disk management.
