IExpress windows 7

I don't know, what is IExpress windows 7?

IExpress was a Microsoft programme that allowed you to create executable files from PowerPoint. When I did a search for it Windows 7, I couldn't find it at first, but someone showed me the light and I found it in C:\Windows\System32. My apologies for a poorly worded question. I knew what I meant, but unfortunately my fingers could type what I was thinking. Thanks kindly for following up,
