Please do not use all cap on your next post.

No, if your mobo don't have a PCI, PCIe or AGP slot, you cannot upgrade your GPU. Even if you have a PCI slot free, the upgrade is limited to slow GPU. AGP is ok for 1080p playback and light/low graphic gaming with older AGP card. You will need PCIe slot to upgrade to recent fast PCIe GPU.
