Buying in the US? Are rebates acceptable to get you to $50 or do you need the checkout price to be $50? Does the $50 price have to include the cost of shipping? Any wiggle room in the price? What are your system specs?

Without knowing your system specs it's difficult to gauge if recommendations fit your build. A short list of potential recommendations listed in order:

One more questions. The graphics card that i ordered is Geforce GTX 460 1GB

http://www.ebay.com/itm/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=...

When i checked the graphics card system requirements it said that it needs atleast 450W and Power Connector 2x 6 pin, i dont really understand that. does that mean that the PSU needs to have that or something else can u explain it?

The GPU mfr is simply stating that a PC with a GTX 460 should have at least a 450W PSU. The GPU doesn't require a 450W PSU; the entire PC. This is an estimate from the mfr and is usually overly safe. Safe to limit liability to the GPU mfrs; they know there are a lot of shoddy PSUs on the street and they over-estimate so the PSU operates at lower operational loads. All of the PSUs that I recommended were at least 500W so we're good there and all of them also have at least two PCIe power connectors; a combo of either a 6-pin or a a 6+2 pin. A 6+2 pin connector can act as either a 75W 6-pin PCIe power connector or as a 150W 8-pin PCIe power connector.
