I've stumbled across this http://harrisonburg.craigslist.org/sys/2877333579.html. The guy has agreed to sell just the tower for 350. The only thing that worries me is the side case fans do not work and its 4870x2. I normally would not want to buy something without dx11 but in this case those 2 cards are worth that 350. Those cards are going to run hot. Do you think i will be ok getting this. i'm meeting with the guy later today to check it out but the cable management doesn't look to slick as well. Let me know what you think.

AMD Phenom II X4 810 processor, unlocked running at 2.6ghz; 4gb of Crucial Ballistix DDR3 RAM, 750 watt PSU, dual Sapphire ATI Radeon HD4870 video cards running in Crossfire-X,
500gb SATA HD, Asus M4A79T mother board, Asus DVD burner, Asus 22" 1080p monitor, Logitech X530 5.1 surround sound, basic Logitech keyboard, wireless Logitech mouse,
Logitech webcam and stand-alone mic, Logitech headset, Windows 7 Ultimate with tons of software, xClio tower (side fans DO NOT work).

Well you may be right about the cards and BF3 I don't know. I do know that the tower as it sits is worth more than $350.00 assuming everything works (fans can be replaced cheaply). The 4870's are fairly high up on the GPU chart so at the very least they could be sold and you could buy your brother something else. But I think he'll be happy. Good luck to you.

Your link is broken so we can't see anything. If you could re-link or explain what it is it would help you get some answers.
