Who's Running This SIte???

Hello- I don't know who manages this site, but they sure aren't too intelligent. I have tried to change my email preference, and it is near impossible. Furthermore, the pop up says my email address is already being used! It is, by me!!!... but it will not let me in. There is absolutely NO DOUBT this is a screw up by the developers of this site. I even tried to contact the publishing outfit that handles this poor excuse, and their response was so far off in space, it doesn't warrant mentioning here. For a technical publication, it sure is managed by a bunch of non-technical idiots!
