My Nokia 6100 keypad has spontaneously stopped working. The only button
which still works is the power switch.

Is there some way to hard reset the phone to see if this will help, or any
over suggestions greatly appreciated.

Go to a service center and get a replacement, if your phone is still
under warranty. Should be no big deal.
