Hi all, I've been tasked to figure out what is the baddest machine we can build for the money for 3d (huge Maya scenes/Cinema/Max) and video production (After Effects). There's no limit on budget so go crazy. I'm talking all the top of the line parts. To give you an idea right now we're currently using $10-15k Z800 workstations and we're looking to upgrade.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

We have different setups for 3d and video but here's an example station:

Intel Xeon X5680 @ 3.33GHz (x2)
24gb RAM
NVIDIA Quadro FX 4800

Thanks in advance!

PCI-based storage like that is an expensive gimmick and is far more prone to failure than anything else you could get - on a $10K+ system no way in hell would I trust data to something that will fail easily like that.

Many industries are based on better demonstration of the product. If the quality of the video is good the products are somehow convening to the clients .if you want better videos then video production services are the best in producing good videos as well as audios. The picture quality of this company is one of the best.
