I cannot get my "Fast User Switching" to work. I am not a part of a domain
and I have followed all of the steps in the tutorials and troubleshooters. I
log in under an Administarative account, I go into User Accounts and into
"change how users log on...". I click Fast User Switching and click ok. But
everytime I try to go to Start Menu on Desktop and click log off, the "Switch
Users" option is never available. What am I doing wrong???

You must have "Fast User Switching Compatibility" running in the background.
To check this: Right click My Computer on the desktop, Click Manage, Click
Services and Applications, then Click Services. Scroll down the list to find
"Fast User Switching Compatibility". Look at the Status column. It should be
"Started". If not, Right click on it, then properties, be sure the startup
type is set to Automatic. Then Start the service if it is not. Close out all.
I like to restart the computer when making changes even though it is not
always neccessary. I hope this helps.
