I noticed that the Mobo does not have on board video card, will this mean I need a video card?

yes that is correct. in the future, if you tire of intel's standard graphics processor, you can always buy a cheap pcie 2.0 x16 graphics card for 30-40 bucks and get an instant graphics upgrade. you could also technically upgrade your cpu with better onboard graphics...but c'mon...$40 vs $140...

Sorry I couldn't get back to you sooner, got caught in traffic on my way home from work. Yes the graphics are integrated with the CPU. The board I chose will allow you to use the graphics or add a dedicated graphics card.
