Question about modular power supply

Hi all. I'm building a computer for the first time, and I've just about got everything together. I just need to plug my HDD in and I'm good to go. My question is, my power supply (Antec BP-550) is modular with four plugs: three are 12v1/HDD, and one is 12v3/PCI-E/HDD. Which one should I plug my HDD into?
