Graphic bug issue. not doing anything suddnly gpu goes 90%load

i have gtx 560s in sli mode and after about 4 hours when im just surfing the web, my windows aero theme turns off to non transparent, my gpu makes wierd noize, and finally turning on furmark fixes the issue. it is not a big problem but it would be nice to fix it. it is not graphic problem for shur and if there is something wrong with my card, i think i should not be able to run bf3 on ultra which im running right now. this only happens when im not doing anything. plz help. tell me if your having the same problem so we can work together to solve this. thank you for reading.

if you have another sli bridge laying around, shut the system down and put that one on instead. probably won't fix it, but without being in front of the computer, that's all i got for you.
