I'd switch out the motherboard - MSI is a *HUGELY* mixed bag - either you get one that works or you don't, and it's far better to be on the safe side - I've been using Gigabyte a lot lately and I will recommend them on any build as the boards I've been using are pretty flawless:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I'd also ditch the SSD - Sandforce drives like the Force 3 are prone to issues and BSOD errors and they're far more likely to give you headaches than a traditional mechanical drive will (I own a Sandforce drive - I know from experience). Switch that out with a WD 500GB drive like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

You can always add an SSD later, and I'm a supporter of the Micron-based controller that the Crucial M4 and Samsung 830 use over Sandforce drives any day of the week.

And then upgrade your GPU to the Radeon 7850: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
