Intel i5 3470 Ivy Bridge or Sandy Bridge?

I'm sorry if this sounds stupid or something but can anyone tell me the right answer to this. I've done some research but cpuz and msi control center tells me different. Before posting my screenshot on the two application, I want to hear it from you guys first. Thanks a lot

  1. A 3470 is Ivy. The only 3000 series CPU's that aren't are the SB-E LGA 2011 i7's.

    Yeah, it looks like the utility just hasn't been updated to know what an Ivy CPU is.
