Buying a Dell XPS 8300, can its stock psu support a 9600 gt 512mb?

My old pc's motherboard recently died and i'm planning on buying a Dell XPS 8300.

Specs
Intel® Core i7-2600
6GB DDR3-1333 RAM
AMD Radeon™ HD 6450
460 Watt PSU

I know the 6450 is terrible for gaming so i want to swap it out with the 9600 gt from my old pc. but im wondering is the psu sufficient to safely run the the card. thanks for any and all help .

It's a 460 watt 32 amp power supply with a pig-tailed pair of 6 pin pcie power connectors, far as I know a 9600GT only needs one, nothing to worry about.
