Intel HD Graphics 3000 Problem

Hello everyone, firstly sorry if this is in the wrong catagory. So me and my friend just yesterday build him his first computer and everything went well untill we installed the newest graphics driver. Everytime the driver is activated the screen starts flickering horizontal lines. But the wierdest part is the flickering stops when you run a full screen game. It also stops when you disable the intel graphics driver. All drivers on the computer are the newest and we have tried to change refesh rates. Still no fix.

Why are you even trying to game on the igp :lol: Are the motherboard drivers updated?

Haha, it is just a temporary until he gets his video card. But the idea is we are getting flickering during everything but games which is just odd. And yes the motherboard drivers are all updated :/ I find this one of the oddest problems I have ever encountered lol.

I'm not quite sure as I am not at his house atm, but we tested it on 3 monitors and same results. So its not the monitor :/

What happened with this issue ?
I think I have the same problem.. Intel-HDGraphics-3000 with an additional wierd side-effect that I loose Wireless when running the Intel-HDGraphics-3000 device.
