Graphics card compatibility

Think i need a graphics card for my pc , I play world of tanks alot , is there a certain card that I need. I curantly have a 3 year old cp with windows 7. When playing I get alot of hesitation from some , not all maps , driving me insane..lol Thanks , John

Not a good idea posting a product key for anything you own in a public forum. Maybe delete that and post the model number instead. Or preferably, a detail list of the parts inside your computer.
