I'm putting together a new build and wondering if it's worth it to replace the factory twocools in the Antec P280 that I'm using for my build.

I don't have alot going into it and place a high value on quiet computing.

I don't overclock typically and here's the components:

P280
Sabertooth Z77
i5-3750k
Samsung 830 SSD (2)
Crucial M4 SSD
eVGA 670 SC

I have some "new" fans that I bought years ago that never got used and are sitting around. Wondering if they'd be a better option or not:

Noctua NFS12 (2)
Noctua NFP12 (2)
Vantec Stealth
Panasonic Panaflo (2)
Scythe (can't remember which)

Should I place fans on the front of the chassis or forgo them?

Thanks for any and all advice--much appreciated!

Since you have Noctua's lying around, I would personally put the NF-S12 in the front, and one NF-P12 as an exhaust.

Thanks for the response--what about the two top exhaust? Disable them?

Didn't see the fans on top in the picture on newegg   but upon further inspection, I found them!

Personally I would keep them as is :)

Hi Talmania, don't disable the two top exhaust fan, the case is huge and air circulation inside the case is really poor. I would recommend upgrading it or just keeping it as is.
