RAM COOLER: Hyper x ram cooler

Please answer these questions:
1)Should i downgrade the psu to 950-850W? (i will over clock the cpu)
2) Should i get a i5 2500k instead of a 3570k? im going to overclock it
3)is all my components compatible?
4) What do you think about my pc ( opinion )
5)if there is anything i could improve, please tell me
6) what is the load temp of 3570k on h100 (if you know)
7)is the pre-applied thermal paste good on the h100? if not recommend me a good thermal paste

1) a 750watt psu will be fine such as a corsair 750 ax
2)if you want to save 10 quid get the 2500k but the 357ok is about 10% faster(i'd just get the 3570k)
3)yes but dont get a ram cooler waste of money as they dont get hot enough
4)looks like a good gaming pc all good quality,
5) you might want a bigger ssd 128gb id recomend
6)i have the 3570k and it runs hot but its designed to and the temps depend on the specific chip, but with a h100 you can overclock fine
7)it'll be fine
