Black Screen after post Bios

I just built a new PC for a friend and all seemed to be going well until it started booting up with a black screen with a blinking cursor. My first guess was boot order but SSD was priority. So now I don't know what to think.... So I'm reaching out to the community to see what you guys think. Like I said it loads and gets past post and right when windows is supposed to load it just goes black with a blinking cursor top left corner. The sad part is it only does it once and a while.

This is the build....

More about black screen post bios

Go to that link and read it, do the instructions it says for how to do bootrec.exe /fixmbr

    See if that does anything.
