2400 pro ati driver installation time blue screen error

hello,my system dell optiplex755 core2 duo e8400,with graphics ati radion hd 2400 pro and os vista64 bit supported.am currently use win7 ultimate 64 bit.now am face a big problem, ati driver 64 bit installation time dell showing blue screen error then stopped installation...any idea?
my dell bios already updated.

Are you using a win7 specific driver? Or the old Vista 64bit driver (which may work better for such an old card). Have you tried the driver provided by AMD's website instead of the Dell flavored one?

am try win7 supported new version driver (11-12_vista64_win7_64_dd_ccc_ocl)(version name) from amd site.old driver are not used.
