Uhh..
where did you see positive signs?
The only AMD cpu which had a real price drop, according to that chart, is the X2 3800+.
The 5000+ even increased its price! 8O
Current AMD prices are not low enough to put any competitive pressure on Intel.
Concerning the Blue one, the only CPUs which dropped their prices are the Netburst ones.. :?
That's somehow to be expected, since everybody will want a C2D in the Christmas shopping season..
