Hello i was wondering if i could have some advice for good parts to a gaming computer for around $1000. i will go over 1$1000 if i need to.

Here is what I have so far:
Video Card:
CD Drive:

I think that everything would work together and i still need a case. Also i was wondering if there is a better graphics card or RAM. If there is anything that might work better for a good price please let me know. i do not need speakers, keyboard, mouse, or monitor. Thanks!

You'll need a power supply. Corsair TX 650 would be fine for a single GPU. What resolution is your monitor? Can you wait for z77 and Ivy Bridge later this month? Do you already have an operating system?

i would recommend this build

intel i5 2500k
cm hyper 212 evo cpu cooler
Asrock z68 pro3 gen3
Corsair vengence 2x4 gb 1600mhz low profile ddr3 ram
sapphire hd 7870
Seasonic 620w 80+ bronze psu
Crucial m4 64gb sata3 ssd
samsung spinpoint f3 500gb 7.2k rpm hdd

The difference between pro and ultimate ia that ultimate has language packs and some security function.

Ultimate is not worth buying.

If you gust gonna game the get of with home premium.

Buy new windows 8 cd when it will be released.
