I5 2410m+ Hd6490M or i3 2310m + Gt525M

Which is better for gaming

i5 2410m + Hd6490M 1gb GDDR5 or i3 2310m+ Gt 525M 1gb DDR3. both laptops have 4 GB of RAM DDR3
plz help

The i5 with the radeon is much better. AMD vs Nvidia on the very low end cards, radeon does very well, usually drawing less power and performing the same or better. Nvidia does quite well on high end cards however. You'll see better performance all around on the i5.

Edit: i said corrected, i didn't see the post above, looks like you'll see a little better performance on a 525 but i'm not sure it would be by much.

I know 525M is faster than 6490M but the amd laptop have a i5 processor. Don't want to play games on high detail. If its playable in medium its ok for me. So what should i choose ? Sorry abt my English

Can i play MW3 on medium settings with 40 fps in i5 laptop with hd6490m?

The CPU online is more important so if your main game is MW2-3 then you'll be better served getting the i5. even with the igp the game should be playable on low. With the radeon you should be able to play medium without AA. MW titles haven't really changed that much graphically so you could easily do with the radeon. I remember playing on an old pentium 4 on MW2 with a decent AGP gfx card. The video scenes would fall below 30 but the game was mostly smooth during the campaign.
