Are you using Sandy Bridge -E, 2011 socket type?

If not, then no it's not at 3.0.

Alternatively just run GPU-Z.

Just downloaded GPU-Z - and its running at PCI 3.0

Word. That's a beastly PC man... now just OCit to 5ghz on the CPU, 1.3ghz on the GPU... =P
