15 days for replace for video card ?

My video card had some snowing, which made the screen not looking good.
And also make reboot the computer.
I went to the shop, and they said me that for to understand this litle trouble, will take 15 days to see what they can do.
Is a small time or a big time ?

thats a long time. they should be able to check it in 1-2 days.
