CPU Cooler Help

I'm looking at a aftermarket cooler for SB and possibly IB that I can overclock with.

I'm looking for something that will not have clearance issues. I don't want to have to pull out the cooler just to acces my RAM slots etc.

What can you folks suggest that is of really good quality and not HUUUUUUUUUUUGE?

I've read that the 212 is super flimsy as far as mounting and can be spun around etc. True/false? Is the evo the revamped version?
