Logisys Corp 550W Power Supply

None of those are good. Right wattage, wrong quality. Find anything from Corsair, SeaSonic, Siverstone, Antec, PC Power & Cooling, or XFX.

PSU's ARE NOT what you want to go cheap on. Quality matters. You don't want to end up frying your whole system when a low quality unit like the ones you listed decides to fail catastrophically.

You might get by with your 300W. If it has a PCIe power cable for the card, give it a try. If it didn't come with a PCIe power cable, it may be a low quality unit that will be too weak. You'll know it is too small if you get a shut down or re-start when the card is stressed out. Hook it up and run Furmark for the timed benchmark. If the PC doesn't shut down or re-start, you should be OK. Furmark stresses the card more than most games. It'll also tell you if the card is OK.
