Good for what? I would never buy a Factory Overclocked card because you can do it yourself. For gaming, you won't be able to do much with it.

how does it compare to normal 430 ?

Not by much. The GT 430's weren't ment to be OC'd. You will take a lot of life away from it. The GT 430 is for lite gaming. It is used for media, video's, etc.
