Help me build a PC?

Approximate Purchase Date: April 19-May 1 (2012 of course)

Budget Range: Hoping to have it be 1,000-1,250$

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Skyrim MAX graphics + mods for HD, and BF3 MAX graphics. Doing a bit of Photoshop/3D modeling but that can be done on my other PC

Parts Not Required: I don't need a monitor.

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: No preferred websites

Country: USA

Parts Preferences: Intel and NVidia unless you know A LOT about computers (you probably do more than I anyways) and want to recommend some better brands.

Overclocking: If you can also explain HOW to overclock without destroying a system with the parts you've given YES otherwise I'm leavin it maybe.

SLI or Crossfire: Not required but would like to do it in future.

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080 is what I have

Additional Comments: Graphics are very important to me I want it to look as awesome as possible and run at least 40 FPS on MAX for Skyrim/BF3
