Which upgrade would be most beneficial?

Current specs:
AMD A6-3650
Patriot G2 2x4GB DDR3 1333MHz
Seagate 1TB 5900RPM

I have three upgrades to ask you guys about.

Upgrade #1.
Buy a Radeon HD 7850

Upgrade #2.
Buy a AMD A8-3870k and Radeon HD 6670

Upgrade #3.
Buy an AMD Athlon II 641 and 7770

Which upgrade would be best for me to play games at 1920x1080?

BONUS QUESTION: I plan on buying either a 7200RPM 1.5TB hard drive (replace my HDD) or a 128GB SSD (alongside my HDD, for games) after this, which would be the better idea?

Buy and SSD if you can afford it, that's the biggest PC upgrade in years (though the one area it doesn't help much is game framerates).

Either of the CPU upgrades is going to be minor. Any of the GPU upgrades is going to be significant. Get a 7850.
