Upgrading PC

Hey, I wanna hear opinions and help because i wanna upgrade my current PC
The Specs are:
CPU:i5 2500k at 4.3Ghz with hyper 212+
Mobo: Gigabyte Z68 MA D2H B3
Ram: Corsair Vengeace Perfomance 8GB 1600MHZ DDR3
PSU: OCZ ModstreamX 600W
GPU: PNY GeForce 560 TI

I was thinking to upgrade to the new Kepler Gpus but the 680 GTX is a little out of my hand...And i would want to surpass about the 250€ for GPU...as im only buying in the summer...Should i go with SLI on 560 Ti or Getting the new AMD/Nvidia...My resolution is 1440*900 but im planning for 1080p...I use my PC for Gamming like BF3, Skyrim as recording game...
It would help if the possibility of shopping would be on europe, better in portugal( country were i live)...i dont mind shipping if not to expensive,

I would absolutely go for SLI 560Ti, would be incredible, trust me.

Now i was thinking...waiting for the new kepler (maybe 660 or 670) or getting a ati 7870...i want the best perfomance/price ratio as where i live components are a little pricey...
