In new amd 7000 series any new technology used like nvidia physx to beat nvidia, and any thing new like cuda core in nvidia??????? on the basis of this i will go for 7000 rather than 600 series of nvidia...... if not then i will go for 600 sires.... because i m preparing to go for new card when it will available in market .

No nothing like that. The performance will be a lot better in the 7XXX series though.

Got my 7970 yesterday, in Heaven benchmark, Unigine, I went from 615 with my 5870 and stock setting at 1920x1200 to 1593 with the 7970. Massive upgrade, cant wait til the drivers mature.

I think just manufacturing CMOS size and some updates like eyefinity 2.0, Direct 11.1, PCI-E 3.0, etc. Other than these I don't think so (Correct me if I'm wrong).

No there isn't, and no one knows what the performance of Nvidia's new series will be so you can't compare them yet.

It will apparantly be april when their new series hit, so you'll have to wait a little longer to compare.

if you want to compare between the two series, wait for the 600 series to launch and get tested.
nvidia's physx is just another technology for physics calculation. cpus can do that too (slower than gpus). it isnt widely adopted. most people can do without physx.
amd's graphics core next (gcn) is their new architecture to compete with nvidia's current fermi and future kepler (nvidia's architectures) cards.
beating.. that depends on many other factors such as performance, optimization, driver support, marketing, developer relations etc. look into in depth, analytical articles on quarterly and yearly earnings of each company.
