Question on new build

Tomorrow I should be getting the final parts to my pc, and putting it together. A few questions first.

I have an i3 2100. I was wondering if the factory heat sink is more than enough to cool this device.

Also, in a moment of unclarity, I bought 6gb of ram (3x2gb). I did not know about dual channel vs single channel until I got it, so I was wondering...
1. Will I notice any difference running single 6gb vs 4gb dual?
2. The ram cost $37. I am thinking about either rma'ing it or using it. Between the cost of the restocking fee and shipping it back, I'm not sure if it's worth it to rma.

Finally I am looking at a gpu and am between a 2gb ddr5 550ti vs a radeon 6850. Not sure to chose VRAM over a slightly better gpu.

Please let me know what y'all think

The stock heatsink should be fine in most cases.

I would imagine there wouldn't be a big difference in performance with your RAM, personally I'd get dual channel out of obsessiveness but I don't think it will hurt framerates.

I would most definitely go for the HD 6850, it's quite a bit better. The VRAM isn't going to make much of a difference.
