So I'm interested in building a new gaming rig but I am on a budget and would like some advice on my current built.

Approximate Purchase Date: This Week

Budget Range: $900 or Less

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming, Watching Movies, Web browsing

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers,OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: The site with the cheapest parts is preferred

Country: U.S.

Parts Preferences: Prefer Intel

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: No

Monitor Resolution: 1920X1080

Additional Comments:
So here is my current build but if any parts can be improved at a lower cost that would be appreciated. Comment away.

GPU: GeForce GTX 560 Ti-$225 AR
MOBO: ASRock Z68 Extreme3- $121
CPU: Intel Core i5 2500k- $205
RAM: G-Skills 2x4Gb 1600- $46
Case: Rosewill RANGER Gaming ATX- $70
Power Supply: COOLER MASTER 500W- $35 AR
Harddrive: Need a suggestion here at least 500 GB.

Should I just wait a few weeks for the new Intel Ivy bridge CPUS?

We can't answer that for you. Read the information on them and decide from there.

Ivy Bridge will save you a little on power and cooling, and will work with pcie graphics cards. If that is worth the wait get it.
