Problem updating bios with Fat32 partition

I am trying to update my Bios from F12 to the new U1h(UEFI BIOS). I have a Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 motherboard Rev 1.0 Do I need to do anything with the files before they are read to the Q-Flash utility in the bios? They aren't being read. Here is a link of the files:
