Questions about these cards?

Are either of these cards undressable for water cooling? And if so are they reference or non-reference?

The first is reference, then second is not, so you could watercool the first.

Though I believe EK have a HD6970 V2 block for non reference cards, may not support the IceQ though you'd have to check with EK.

Yes they are.

The Diamond card looks to be reference and the HIS looks to be non-reference.Really the only difference between them is the aftermarket cooler.
