Any particular reason you want to go for the Vertex 3 SSD? I wouldn't be too tempted by the numbers because they're really not that important. They seem to be very unreliable.

Before going for the Vertex 3, I would at least give this a read:

http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/sata-6gbps-performance-sata-3gbps,review-32370-8.html

I would also take a look at some reviews of the Crucial M4, Intel 520 and Samsung 830. (And the Vertex 3 of course.)

EDIT: I'm having trouble navigating that site but I would aim for something like this:

i5-2400
8GB 1333Mhz DDR3 RAM
H67 ATX motherboard
HD 7850 or HD 7870
500GB 7200RPM Hard Drive
64GB or 128GB Crucial M4 or Samsung 830
500-550W PSU (Seasonic, XFX, Corsair, Antec are some good brands)
Coolermaster Elite 430, Storm Scout or HAF 912
DVD Burner

I wanted to go for this mobo: Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3, Z68, LGA1155, PCI-E 3.0, SLI/CFX
And on the site, you must click on the pc hardware you wanna search, tick/click on the options and then click on the "display" button. (to show all products)

You shouldn't need a Z68 board if you don't plan to overclock, unless there's some other feature you were looking for?

A quality 550W unit would be more than fine. The HD 7950 is around 200W max, the CPU is 95W, the rest of the system would pull maybe 100W more (at 100% load). Realistically your max load will be around 350-400W, 500W+ is recommended.
