Antec Three Hundred Illusion, have really liked my antec 1200 on my other rig.

corsair cx600W is a nice psu

go get whichever you can get cheap, of the 2x4gb, I like g.skill and crucial,

anted 300 is a great case

for gpu if you can get a sapphire 6870 cheap or in that price range, go grab it, it's worth it.

ASRock z68 extreme3 gen3 is your best bet mobo
