You can wait for the z77 chipset and the 3770k Ivy Bridge to be release in april.

For your monitor, you should pick the VS248H-P. (More recent, about the same price, only good review)
I just bought 3 for myself to play Eyefinity game. No dead pixel, clean image.

For you Graphic card, I would go for a GTX 680, it's about 500$, but you will have aproximatly double the performance of the 6950, less driver issue. Trust me I have a 6970 and it have problem in skyrim because the driver are not optimized.

With this build, i would buy a corsair h100 to cool your CPU with 2-4 noctua PWM or cougar vortex fan. Depending if you want a push/pull configuration or not.

For the case, I would recommend the Haf X and buy Haf X fan filter for the best cooling(but it's expensive, or get the Antec P280 (Good cable management, better airflow (but you need to buy 2-4 other fan. Price is about 130$.) and you can instal the h100 inside the top of your case.

Your Sdd OCZ have a high fail rate when I read review, I would recommend an Intel SDD or the Crucial M4
