Ok to buy a corsair H40, not going to be overclocking

I was looking to buy a new CPU cooler was my rig. I'm not going to be overclocking, I just want to have a better, quieter cooler than the intel stock cooler. (I have a Ivy Bridge Core i5 3450) the H40 fits my budget but if it isn't sufficient could you please recommended a different one. (doesn't have to be a liquid cooled one) :D

  2. I would get the Corsair H60. It's only $5.00 more and has the low profile pump/water block.

  3. If you're not overclocking get the cheapest 120mm cooler you can find.
  4. I would go for a Hyper 212 Evo, quiet and just as efficient as a water cooler, with lots of legs incase you fancy a little overclock in the future.
