I know its not good to push your PSU. However, my recent build drew a little more power from the wall than I expected.

I have the Seasonic 860W Platinum PSU and my Kill-a-Watt Metter is reading 750W from the wall at full load. Do you think I'm safe or do you think I should get a bigger PSU and keep this one as a back up? They say its rated for 860W of continuous power at 50*C but I wanted others opinions.

At that load you are running the PSU at 78% of full operational capability and are still in a good efficiency window. The Seasonic Platinum series PSUs are some of the best on the street and will run years at their rated loads...you are good with this PSU at that load.
