Why do I see Radeon 5670 DDR3 when it's supposed to be GDDR5

Some sites that sell this card lists it as DDR3 instead of GDDR5, which is what the AMD site specifies the card as.

My question is does the Radeon 5670 with DDR3 exist, or do they not exist and this site just made a typo?

Other companies have DDR3 versions as well, so yes, they do exist.
Here is the ASUS Radeon 5670 DDR3.
