Faulty CPU

I´m having problems with my cpu, CPU LED is RED and PC shutdown my cooler is a Noctua D-14 so I don´t thing its a temperature issue.
Any Sugestions on how I can see where is the problem.

CPU AMD X6 1100T 3.3GHz not overclocked.

My CPU temp is 43º

Motherboard 40º

It´s very hot here in Lisbon Today.

The PC has randoms Shutdowns, It can stay up for a long time.
