You dont download video cards you have to buy them - you can however download drivers for a video card, but without the card itself there is no point

I have to agree you need a card to down load drivers. If you have a card or a intergrated graphics card you still need the drivers.

That could be very confusing. But at one time I didn't know what was in a computer. I had to take a A+ cert. in 2000 which now everything is new to me but same idea.
